By using Poveku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Poveku provides calculators, public data, calendars, learning material and simple tools, free and without an account. We may add, change or stop any part of the service at any time, including to correct a formula or follow a new regulation.
2. Acceptable use
- You may use calculator results and information from the site for personal and professional purposes.
- The data files on the Indonesian site's free data page may be reused with credit to Poveku and the original source.
- You may not disrupt the site, for example with automated requests that overload it, attempts to break its security, or by spreading malicious software.
- You may not copy the site as a whole and republish it as your own.
3. Results and information
Calculator results are estimates based on the formulas and regulations known when the page was built, and are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice. Check the official regulation or a qualified professional before making important decisions.
4. Copyright and trademarks
The text, design and code of the site belong to Poveku unless stated otherwise. Data from third parties (such as the European Central Bank, BMKG and gold-api.com) remains subject to its providers' licences. Product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used for information only.
5. Advertising, affiliate links and promotion
The site is funded by advertising, affiliate links and promotion of our own services. Ads and promotions are always distinguishable from the main content, and offers from advertisers or partners are their own responsibility. How ads use cookies is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Poveku and its operator are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, including losses caused by late or incorrect third-party data.

These terms may be updated at any time; the date at the top shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
